On 19th March 2019, Steve Sowerby was extremely proud and honoured to present a cheque to the Pharmacity Bright Future Scholarship Program for SNG $3,228.74 on behalf of The Consumer Healthcare Training Academy (Nicholas Hall, XPotential, plus our team). The scholarship was initiated and is funded by Pharmacity CEO & Founder Chris Blank and provides an opportunity for young Pharmacists to continue their education and improve their expertise.
“We wanted to support this fantastic initiative as we really pride ourselves at the Academy on empowering people through training and upskilling within in the CHC Industry. I really believe that people are our best resource in building our brands and the Pharmacist is still the top influencer of our products, so investment in their training is so important to strengthen our categories and our relationships with consumers.”
“Nicholas and I with The CHC Training Academy recently collaborated with Pharmacity in running a one day open training workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, where we were able to meet some of the Scholarship Pharmacists and worked on building skills for teams to work in an environment of collaborative partnerships across suppliers and retailers.”
“When we asked the Scholarship Pharmacists about what makes them feel excited by the program they shared that not only do they love the professional working environment but also their friendly and energetic co-workers. As Pharmacology training classes are intensive and regularly updated, our up and coming Pharmacists are inspired to come to work every day, expand relationships with their colleagues and patients, gain knowledge and advance their careers to support the community.”
We are so excited to be part of this and we wish Pharmacity and the Bright Future Scholarship Program great success and look forward to working with them again.
